According to Hindu mythology, the Amarnath Cave is the place where Lord Shiva revealed the secret of immortality (Amar Katha) to Goddess Parvati. To ensure secrecy, Shiva is said to have left behind all living beings on the way to the cave, making the journey itself deeply symbolic and sacred.

Day-wise Itinerary
1 Arrival from Srinagar airport to sonamarg
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet your driver/representative. Proceed by road to Sonmarg (approx. 80 km | 2.5–3 hours). Enjoy scenic views enroute: Sindh River, lush valleys, and mountains. On arrival at Sonmarg, check in to hotel / camp. Rest and acclimatize for the yatra. Evening free for a short walk and local sightseeing (weather permitting). Dinner and overnight stay in Sonmarg.
2 Sonamarg – Neelgrath -Holy cave -Panchtarni.
Early morning departure from Sonmarg to Neelgrath (Baltal Helipad) (approx. 15 km | 30–40 minutes by road). Completion of RFID verification, security checks, and helipad formalities. Helicopter transfer from Neelgrath to Panchtarni (NDR – one-way drop) (flight time approx. 8–10 minutes, subject to weather conditions).Arrival at Panchtarni Helipad. Proceed for 6 km trek (one way) from Panchtarni to the Holy Amarnath Cave (options: walk / pony / palki). Darshan at the Holy Amarnath Cave. Return trek back to Panchtarni. Check in at Panchtarni camp. Dinner and Overnight stay at Panchtarni (tent stay).
3 Panchtarni – Neelgrath – Srinagar.
Early morning departure from Panchtarni Helipad. Helicopter transfer from Panchtarni to Neelgrath (Baltal Helipad) (flight time approx. 8–10 minutes, subject to weather conditions).On arrival at Neelgrath, proceed by road towards Srinagar. Drive from Neelgrath to Srinagar (approx. 95 km | 4–5 hours). Enroute scenic views of Sonmarg valley and Sindh River. Check into hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
4 Departure
After breakfast check out from the hotel and we will transfer you to airport with memories of Kashmir.
